Whether you need a different style or a full refund, our streamlined process ensures your experience is as seamless as our design.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated and sent to your email address for easy printing.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely place the watch in its original BREDA box with all protective films intact and attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
